When you recommend a QI, your name is on it too.
Why advisors work with us

Your client trusts your judgment. We make sure that trust is well placed, and we keep you informed from the day the exchange opens.

How we work with you
Built around the people who advise our clients.
With your client’s permission, we keep you informed at every step, so nobody is surprised on day 44. And when you refer a client to us, we offer a referral fee as our thank-you, where your professional rules allow it.

For brokers and agents

For title and escrow officers
Closing instructions and wire details delivered early, verified by phone and never changed by email. One point of contact for every exchange closing.
Clarity and security are the foundation of every successful exchange. Our role is to protect your proceeds and keep your deferral on track, no matter how complex the transaction.

Refer a client
Questions advisors ask us.
How do I refer a client?
Send us the client's name and expected closing date, or have them call us directly. With their permission, we'll copy you on the key dates from day one. As a thank-you, we offer a referral fee where your professional rules allow it.
Will you keep me informed?
Yes. With your client's permission, we share the key dates, the identification and the closing documents with you directly.
Where are my client's funds held?
In a segregated account at a national commercial bank, never commingled with company funds and never invested at risk. Every disbursement needs two authorized approvals, and wire instructions are always verified by phone.
What do you need from the closing agent?
The exchange agreement and assignment must be in place before closing, and the sale proceeds are wired directly to the client's exchange account. We send closing instructions early and verify every wire by phone.
Do you give tax or legal advice?
No. We explain how the exchange rules work and make sure you have what you need to advise your client.
