Precision 1031 is assembling a small founding team of experienced 1031 professionals ahead of our commercial launch in February 2027. Everyone here holds stock options in the company. Everyone works remotely, from anywhere in the U.S. And everyone works directly with the founders.
We hold investors' money between the sale and the purchase. We built the firm around that responsibility.
About Precision 1031
Precision Exchange, Inc. is a nationwide qualified intermediary for 1031 exchanges. Investors hand firms like ours billions of dollars every year, yet there is no federal regulator for this industry, and only about nine states regulate exchange facilitators at all.
So we built Precision 1031 around the controls a bank or a public company would expect: segregated accounts at a major U.S. bank, two approvals on every disbursement, independent wire verification and a full audit trail. Our founders bring three decades of capital markets discipline and three decades of real estate relationships.
That's also why everyone here holds stock options. The people handling every exchange have a real stake in getting it right.

For producers with an established book. You've spent years earning the trust of CPAs, attorneys, brokers and investors, and your clients follow you, not the letterhead. Here, your pay is built on the business you bring, you see the full revenue it generates, and you own a piece of the firm.

Founding Exchange Coordinators
For the people who run the file. You run exchanges from opening to final disbursement, and clients and referral partners ask for you by name. Here, you get base pay for the exchanges you coordinate, performance pay on the business you bring in yourself, and stock options in the firm.

More than 30 years in luxury residential and commercial real estate, from London and New York to Los Angeles and South Florida. Based in Palm Beach, Paul has spent his career inside the referral networks that surround 1031 professionals.
